Your center's data is your center's
Every record belongs to your center. Other centers can never see it, and our platform operators reach center data only through explicit, logged support actions.
Families see only their own children
Parent accounts are limited to their linked children and the records your center chooses to share.
What we collect
Account details you provide, the records your center enters, and the operational logs needed to run the service securely. We do not sell data, run ads, or use your records to train anything.
Security
Encrypted in transit and at rest, access controls enforced at the database level, every sensitive action audited, and files stored privately with expiring links.
