Terms of Service

The service

KhayrOS provides childcare operations and record-readiness software as a subscription. Your center owns its data and can export it.

What KhayrOS is not

KhayrOS shows readiness warnings and missing-record alerts; it does not certify legal compliance and is not a substitute for your licensor's guidance.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly through our payment processor. Trials are free for 30 days; cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Acceptable use

Use KhayrOS for your center's legitimate operations. Accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access other centers' data are suspended.
